Draft for review · Version 2026-09-30 · Not yet effective
These draft terms describe the proposed agreement for the AutoEgo Ultrafast Mac app and this website. They are not ready for public launch. Browsing this preview does not constitute acceptance of these draft terms.
1. Who provides AutoEgo
The proposed provider is Founding House Ltd, based in London, United Kingdom, at [BUSINESS / SERVICE ADDRESS], registration number [NUMBER, IF APPLICABLE]. Contact: [SUPPORT EMAIL]. These details must be completed before these terms take effect. The operator name/location were supplied by the founder; registration details remain to be verified.
These terms cover the Ultrafast Mac product described here. They do not automatically describe a separate AutoEgo cloud or desktop product.
2. Your account and access
Use an accurate account identity and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Only use accounts, devices, files and services you own or are authorised to access. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to do so and follow its policies.
Proposed eligibility for this release: adults aged 18 or over. The operator must confirm this eligibility policy before release. It is a contractual proposal, not a claim that the current app verifies age.
Subject to these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive right to install and use the app for its intended purposes. Open-source components remain subject to their applicable licences. Nothing here removes rights that the law gives you to examine, repair or interoperate with software.
3. AI assistance and computer actions
AutoEgo can process speech, use screen context, remember activity, learn demonstrations and perform tasks through browsers or Mac apps. Availability depends on your build, permissions, configuration and third-party services.
AI can misunderstand instructions, produce inaccurate content or act incorrectly. Review important outputs and transactions. Maintain backups of important work. A learned skill or successful earlier run is not a guarantee of future correctness. You can stop using the app or revoke its macOS permissions.
Your instructions authorise work within their scope; they do not grant unlimited authority to access unrelated data or take unrelated actions. The current release should not be understood as guaranteeing a confirmation prompt before every external action. Material sending, publishing, purchasing and deletion safeguards must be described accurately for the released build.
The service is not an emergency service or a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial or other regulated advice.
4. Recording and other people's information
History, speech context and Teach have different collection and retention behaviour. Read the Privacy notice and Data controls before using them. Pausing voice does not by itself pause History or stop a Teach demonstration.
Before recording or processing other people's conversations, communications, files or personal information, provide notices and obtain permissions or consent where required by applicable law. Follow workplace rules and confidentiality obligations. Owning a device or granting macOS permission does not settle other people's rights.
Do not use AutoEgo for unlawful surveillance, unauthorised access, fraud, harassment, malware, infringement or evasion of security controls. You may not use it to impersonate someone deceptively or exercise authority you do not have. These user responsibilities do not remove the provider's own legal obligations.
5. Your content and results
You retain your rights in content you provide. You give us only the rights needed to process that content to provide the requested service, maintain its security, provide support you request and comply with law, as explained in the Privacy notice. This is not a blanket licence to sell your recordings or use them for general model training.
As between you and us, you may use the generated results to the extent permitted by law and third-party rights. AI results may be similar to other results, may contain errors, and may not qualify for copyright protection. We do not promise uniqueness or ownership of material that belongs to someone else.
6. Third-party services
AI providers, authentication services and the websites or apps you direct AutoEgo to use have their own terms. Their availability, prices and technical limits may change. Use of AutoEgo does not override those terms or make the provider responsible for every independent third-party action.
If you supply your own API credentials, you are responsible for the associated provider account and charges. Do not share private credentials with other users.
7. Pricing, subscriptions and cancellation
This preview does not offer a completed checkout. No paid-plan price, renewal interval or refund policy is established by this draft. Any paid offer must clearly display its total price, applicable tax, billing frequency, usage limits, renewal arrangements and cancellation method before you agree to pay.
We will not treat a download, this Privacy notice, or silence as consent to undisclosed charges. Any proposed change to an ongoing paid service must be notified as required by law. Mandatory consumer cancellation, refund and digital-content rights continue to apply. A download alone does not constitute an express waiver of those rights.
8. Changes, availability and ending use
Early versions may change or contain defects. We will provide the service with the care and skill required by applicable law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every task can be automated.
You can end use by stopping the app and uninstalling it. Uninstallation and sign-out do not necessarily erase local files or provider-held records; the Privacy notice explains the separate deletion scopes.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach, security risk or legal requirement. Where lawful and practical, we will explain the reason and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Any paid-service termination remains subject to mandatory consumer rights.
We will notify you of material changes to effective terms and seek renewed agreement where required. Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued rights.
9. Responsibility and disputes
Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights. We remain responsible for losses for which applicable law makes us responsible. These terms do not impose a blanket consumer indemnity or waive your right to bring a claim.
Contact [SUPPORT EMAIL] first if something has gone wrong. Governing law and an appropriate dispute forum must be completed for England and Wales before publication. Any choice must preserve mandatory protections and court rights available to consumers where they live.
10. Acceptance and document status
Before these terms become effective, the operator must verify its company details, approve the release and implement a clear acceptance step with a recorded version. Footer links alone do not implement that step. Acceptance of contractual terms is separate from any consent required for optional data processing or recording.
